She took us on what seems like at least 30 showings (maybe more), and was willing to do what it took to help us buy a home in the midst of an absolutely insanely fast moving market. She was willing to work not only on weekdays, but weekday evenings, and even on weekends! That was a courtesy we didn’t receive from the realtor who sold our previous house! I can’t say enough good things about Leah and her team at Montana Property Angels! She wrote several awesome offers for us, that were selected by the sellers, despite having to compete against multiple other offers every time. We literally can’t say enough good things about Leah, and have to mention that her bubbly and fun personality make her fun to work with!
Leah Lindsay Broker/Owner of Montana Property Angels, or Number 1 as I now refer to her.… I have always loved the Flathead valley and wanted to find some land up there. I had previously been referred to another Realtor and wasn’t impressed with their performance. Then I found Leah, and so the adventure began. Her knowledge of the area is unmatched in my opinion, and I might also mention she knows everyone! Finding the right piece of property can be tricky to navigate, the covenants were a challenge for me. Leah’s leadership and guidance was obvious in her team, I always had what I needed. After looking at quite a few properties, I found what I was looking for. Leah wrote up the offer, and then it was the waiting game. This can be a very stressful time. The transaction almost fell apart at one point, but the owners did accept my offer in the end. She was there for me the entire process, guiding me with a patience that can only be obtained from proven experience and confidence. When I stand overlooking the entire valley from one of my cliff points, I still can’t believe that I own this property. There is no way I could have found this or purchased it without Leah and her team. I highly recommend Montana Property Angels to anyone looking to purchase real estate in the area! With Leah I didn’t just find a Realtor, I found a genuine friend. Thank you, Number 1 you are the best!

Where do I even begin with Leah? From the moment I called her about helping me find a home in the Flathead Valley, I was instantly impressed. We bought & sold with the help of MT Property Angels and could not have been happier with any step of the process. Our old home sold quickly for top dollar (only 4 days of showings – a godsend when you’re living in your home for sale and trying to keep it photo-worthy!), we looked at homes on & off the market, found a keeper and a dual closing was arranged. They will definitely be a part of our next home or investment purchase.

Wanting to buy a house was easy with Leah and her wonderful team. This is a one stop shop for all of your house selling/buying needs. Need a Morgage broker, Leah’s got one. Need an insurance adjuster, yeah she has one of those as well. Very knowledgeable of the market, stress free and great communication skills. And because of her persistence, we were able to move into our house before Christmas! On a sweet side note, at closing she even bought our baby girl her own set a little toy keys!

Buying any house can be a daunting and difficult process but buying your FIRST house in an area with a severe housing shortage coupled with sky high rates adds a whole other level of difficulty.
